Barking Dog Restaurant – This spot is dog themed inside and out, and while they do still have to follow the rules about dogs in the dining room, they have a great outdoor seating area and go the extra mile to accommodate and they keep a good stock of dog treats! http://barkingdog94.com
A.G. Kitchen – Alex Garcia is known for his skills in the kitchen through his Cuban based restaurant, but has added dog friendly items to the menu as well that reflect the cuban flair of the human cuisine. Woof! Yum! AG Kitchen website
D.B.A Bar – This east village drinking hole has a solid whiskey and craft beer selection, the former of which has been touted by thrillist as a top 10. The bar is also completely friendly inside as well as on their great back patio!
Open Bark Night! – Katie Haller hosts a stand up comedy show once a month at Bark & Co headquarters on Canal St. As well as the hilarious comedians the event also pizza and beer (for you at least, maybe not the dog).

Liberty Harbor 2nd Annual Dog Days of Summer Fest – Just across the river in Jersey City Liberty Harbor Residences is hosting their fest again this year on July 29 from 12-3! Dogs are totally welcome, there are carnival games, giveaways, and tons of vendors with awesome doggy items. See Spot Rescued will also have an adoption event! When hunger strikes after all that fun, ZeppelinHall Biergarten and Restaurant will be catering!
