March 23rd is National Puppy Day and Spring is the time for puppy fever!
Puppies need a lot of care in their first few months of life. Training and socialization are essential during this time because puppies are like little sponges taking everything in, and you want to set them up for success.
Socialization is a key component for a happy dog later in life, but your vet says to not let your puppy outside until 12-15 weeks, so how can you socialize? One great way is to attend puppy playgroups.
Most playgroups will allow puppies 8 weeks to 6 months old to attend and they provide a fun and clean environment where your puppy can learn important social skills and do what they do best, play!
Free Neighborhood Puppy Playtime
Supervised by a Positive Dog Trainer, your puppy can play it’s little heart out, and you can learn more about social development and training.
